UCC5629FQP Overview
A 14 termination consists of terminating transmission lines with a device matching the line's characteristic impedance. The 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry due to its low package cost. The Packaging follows Tray's materials. Mounting it on a PCB is done with Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature not exceed 0°C~70°C. It is a SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified material for standard applications. There is a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage provided to ensure normal operation. It is intended to use the 48 pins for a specific purpose. There are 14 signal lines, which mean those lines for public or private signal or communication service and devoted exclusively to the transmission of signals or intelligence. The Supply Voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency.
