UCC5620MWP Overview
The 27 termination method ends a transmission line with a device that matches the line's characteristic impedance. 36-BSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is well known for its low package cost in the electronics industry. Based on Tube's materials, the packaging was designed. With Surface Mount, it can be mounted on a PCB. Temperatures up to 0°C~70°C are considered to be maximums. The material meets SCSI-qualification for standard applications. 36-SSOP is the device package used by the supplier.
