UCC5687PM Overview
A 27 termination consists of terminating transmission lines with a device matching the line's characteristic impedance. The 64-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry due to its low package cost. The Packaging follows Tray's materials. Mounting it on a PCB is done with Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature not exceed 0°C~70°C. It is a SCSI, LVD-qualified material for standard applications. There is a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage provided to ensure normal operation. The supplier uses 64-LQFP (10x10) as a device package for its devices.
