Because of the low cost of its packages, the 28-LCC (J-Lead) is well known in the electronic industry. Material choices are based on Tape & Reel (TR)'s. Using Surface Mount, it's mounted on a PCB. In order to prevent overheating, the Operating Temperature should not exceed 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. This is a standard-qualified material.
