UCC5614DPG4 Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 9 termination. A well-known feature of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is its low packaging cost. Materials used for packaging are the same as those used by Tube. The PCB is mounted using Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature does not exceed 0°C~70°C. Standard applications can be carried out with this SCSI-qualified material. Normal operation is ensured by a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage. Suppliers use 16-SOIC as a device package.
