UC5604DP Overview
A 9 termination consists of terminating transmission lines with a device matching the line's characteristic impedance. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is well known in the electronic industry due to its low package cost. The Packaging follows Tube's materials. Mounting it on a PCB is done with Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature not exceed 0°C~70°C. It is a SCSI-qualified material for standard applications. There is a 3.8V~5.25V Supply Voltage provided to ensure normal operation. It is intended to use the 16 pins for a specific purpose. There are 9 signal lines, which mean those lines for public or private signal or communication service and devoted exclusively to the transmission of signals or intelligence. The Supply Voltage should be maintained at 4.75V for high efficiency.
