HMC848LC5 Overview
An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
