RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 24GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 105°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
