A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 15μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.235V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is 8-SOIC.
