TA76432S(F,M) Overview
TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Long Body is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Test statistics determine the output voltage 19V.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.
