SPX432AM-L Overview
Uses the handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Bulk.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.5% must be used.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~105°C TA.It can be used by applications with 80mA inputs.The cathode current should be 1mA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 18V at their maximum.
