ADG904BCP-R Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC is integrated into the board. To power the multiplexer ics, the voltage must be set at 1.65V. note that this multiplexer can malfunction at temperatures above 85°C. It is recommended that the operating environment be set to over -40°C.
