ADF4113BCP Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 220 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 4GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). The clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. With 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
