SI5335D-B06068-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
