RT8298EZSP Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 600kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 6A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 6A. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 24V. With a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V, DC DC switching regulator can support a wide range of applications. At its maximum, this DC-DC switching regulator can sustain a 24V input voltage.
