PX3511ADDG Overview
For greater flexibility, the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed 0°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number PX3511A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
