Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 6.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.There are various related parts under its base part number ISL6615.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
