ISL6364CCRZ Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 2 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. The power regulator is currently available in Tube packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.25V~1.52Von this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Controller, Intel VR12 and others. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C.
