HIP6004ECB-T Overview
The system supports a total of 1 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a general voltage output of 1.05V~1.825Von this voltage controller. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Controller, Intel VRM8.5 as well as other applications. The operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C to avoid mal-function.
