RT8859AGQW Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. It is packaged in 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Currently, Tape & Reel (TR) packages are available for shipping. In general, this voltage controller outputs a voltage of 0.25V~1.52V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. It is intended to be used in applications such as Controller, Intel IMVP-7, VR12? and others. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 10.8V~13.2V.
