ISL6207CR Overview
Its 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tube represents the packaging method.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -10°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6207.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
