IX2127G Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.A supply voltage of 9V~12V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.You mount it with Through Hole.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 600V.In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.Operating channels are set to 1.
