ICS513MT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 140MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 3V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
