In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the 16-TFLGA Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 325MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
