SI5392A-A-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
