SI5382A-E-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 2 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 735MHz 2.94912GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
