8735BKI-01LFT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 700MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
