SI5345B-B03179-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator.
