As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part.
