512MILFT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 160MHz maximum. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3V~5.5V.
