SI5350C-B02620-GT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In it, there are 10 terminations to be found. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Generators device. Elements can be destroyed by excessive supply current (greater than 45mA).
