KOM 2125-Z Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 3-SMD, Gull Wing packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 60V.
