BS520 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 10V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 10V. Without light, a photodiode has 3pA current.
