The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 32V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 32V in reverse-bias mode. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -25°C as a minimum operating temperature. The photodiode operates at 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
