BP 104 FASR-Z Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 20V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously.
