ALS-PD70-01C/TR7 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 35V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Photodiodes require an electric potential of 1.3V in order to conduct current. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2nA current.
