PDB-C116 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 150V voltage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 150V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 500pA current.
