In this RF modulator, the frequency is 700MHz~2.7GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 6-VFDFN package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.Integrated into this RF module are 6 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.6-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -30°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
