HMC187AMS8ETR Overview
The frequency of 850MHz~2GHz determines how RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Cut Tape (CT) package is used to mount this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.This is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
