SGP13N60UFDTU Description
SGP13N60UFDTU is a 600V Ultra-Fast IGBT. Fairchild's UFD series of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors(IGBTs) SGP13N60UFDTU provides low conduction and switching losses. The UFD series is designed for applications such as motor control and general inverters where high-speed switching is a required feature. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Switch SGP13N60UFDTU is in the TO-220 package with 60W power dissipation.
