PZT3904 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 100 @ 10mA 1V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (200mA).In the part, the transition frequency is 300MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 40V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 200mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
