KLI-2113-AAB-ED-AA Overview
To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in CDIP packages. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 12V in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 20 fA current even in the absence of light input.
