PDB-V101-I Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V if it is continuously reverse-biased. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 20pA current.
