KAI-08050-ABA-JP-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. It consists of 67 pins. When the image sensor is operating, the voltage supplied by it should be 15.5V.
