KAI-04050-CBA-JB-B2 Overview
For safety, the image sensors are in 67-BCPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. In the image sensor, there are 67 pins. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
