KAI-04050-CBA-JB-B2-T Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. 67 pins are available on the image sensor. When the image sensor is operating, the voltage supplied by it should be 15.5V.
