KAI-08050-ABA-JD-BA Overview
To ensure that the image sensors are protected from damage, they are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to keep them safe. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 64 dB. Image sensors have 4/3 inch optical formats, as specified. A 67 pin image sensor is used. While operating, image sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
