KAI-04070-CBA-JD-BA Overview
67-BCPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to protect them. A 67 pin image sensor is used. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
