OV05642-A63A Overview
63-CSP3 packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be a voltage of 2.8V supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to protect them. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 68 dB. The image sensor has an optical format of 1/4 inch. 3 pins make up the image sensor.
