KAI-02170-FBA-JD-BA Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in 68-BPGA packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 70.2 dB. A 1 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor.
